Kent and Sussex Shoreline Walk

Walk 39 – Oare Creek to Conyer Creek, Kent

The short but very scenic walk from Oare Creek to Conyer Creek, Kent is a twitcher's paradise.

There is plenty of signage at Oare Marshes (local nature reserve sponsored by the Kent Wildlife Trust) detailing which species you might glimpse and birds spotted during the day.

The walk itself offers fine views of Sheppey, farmland and moored boats.

Along the sea wall the going is soft mud and slippery defences which have to be navigated with great care.
