Fairlight church Bells

Churches are all things to all people but visit St Andrew's Church, Fairlight and you might just leave with a ringing between the ears. On certain days of the year access to the tower is allowed and visitors are actively encouraged to ring the church bells. There is even a 'keyboard' and music sheets!

When the nine bells, all inscribed with Sit Nomen Domini Benedictum (Blessed be the name of the Lord) are rung correctly, they give a lovely sound.
