Off grid living

Unconventional, eccentric, alternative, idiosyncratic, call it what you will but I kinda like the idea of a different style of living. Something radical, outlandish and avant-garde. A bit like the multitude of floating des-res I found at Shoreham Harbour one sunny, crisp, winter morning.

Not to everyone's taste but you can't help smile at the wackiness of their construction and how it must be fun to live on them. How many people can say the structure of their home includes a washing machine or Reliant Robin car?
