Walk 57 – Fishbourne Channel to West Itchenor, Sussex

Leaving Fishbourne Creek for West Itchenor, West Sussex the rain screams in across the uninviting channel.

A shame as the going is good along the shoreline to Dell Quay. Here though, the grey blows over and waterproofs are peeled away.

Next port of call is the marina at Salterns Lock and a delightful jaunt along the small hamlet of Westlands.

Now on the New Lipchis Way, the path and shoreline lead me to my final destination, the Ship at West Itchenor.
