Scotland and Skye

Scotland – for me, this land of the brave is all about castles, Clans, mountains, Roman walls, grouse, waterfalls, bothies, whisky, great hiking and delicious scenery. There is of course much more to this rugged, friendly land, I just haven't seen it yet.

Isle of Skye – no trip to Skye is complete without seeing the Quiraing, the Fairy Pools, Eilean Donan and the Storr. Of course, hiking is obligatory plus great sea fishing and wildlife watching. Look out for otters, they are truly magical but not when they take your fishing bait.
