Paths I have taken… so far

Being an avid hiker and trekker, I have been fortunate to have explored some of the world's most beautiful countries.

Treks have taken me to Nepal, climbing the Thorung-La Pass on the Annapurna Circuit and the Three High Passes of Everest in the Khumbu region of the Himalaya, while Africa didn't disappoint either.

I had amazing views from the summit of Jebel Toubkal, in the Atlas Mountains, Morocco in 2012, with Kilimanjaro being the toughest one yet in 2015.

But no matter where I journey, I still love exploring the paths and lanes of Sussex and Kent.

Dungeness is a favourite of mine, the South Downs never disappoint and the Royal Military Canal is a good, long, leg stretcher.

Camber is a great venue for sand kiters and surfers and Bodiam Castle is the take-off point for many a balloon adventure. And it's all healthy too!
